EMS (Event Management System) is a Space Management tool used across campus. All campus users can request space using the EMS WebApp (ems.davidson.edu). EMS is the starting point for every event that flows into the Campus Calendar and Inside Davidson.
Do you need to reserve a room or space on campus for a meeting or event? EMS, Davidson's event management system, is the place to start. View the campus calendar to see what events are happening on any given day, reserve a room, and add services to your event, such as catering. To access the EMS system, go to ems.davidson.edu, browse available locations, and reserve a space that meets your need.
Some campus spaces are managed by room approvers. You can find more information about rooms that require approval on Inside Davidson (login required). Room approvers are granted permissions to approve requests, reserve the space in the EMS system, and contact the requestor to confirm. If you are a room approver you will be granted access to the EMS client. See the EMS installation guide for more information.
