Transportation is able to modify either the AM pick up address, PM drop off address, or both to align with your before/aftercare needs that follow a Monday-Friday schedule. Be advised, Transportation cannot modify bus rider records for short-term requests. It is important to make sure your student’s address information is updated so that Transportation and school administration are aware of your student’s location at all times in case of an emergency. Please allow at least 5 business days for changes to be made to your student’s record.
To submit student address changes, complete a Bus Change Request form through the Help Tickets.
** If a stop does not exist at your requested daycare address you must first complete a Bus Stop Concern form to establish a stop at this new location. In the section that states “Please explain your concern or issue,” explain that you require the new stop for before/aftercare. Once the new stop is established, you can submit a Bus Change Request for your student at that new location. **
